These Terms govern access to and use of Orbit for organizations and their authorized users.

1. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for account credentials, user permissions, and activities under your organization workspace.

2. Subscription and Billing

• The current public workspace includes all current sections with usage caps on active products and invited members.
• Orbit may introduce expanded plans or paid add-ons later with notice and updated terms.
• If paid subscriptions are introduced, any billing or cancellation terms will be published before purchase.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use Orbit for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or security-disruptive activities.

4. Data and Availability

Orbit aims for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and security updates may affect access temporarily.

5. Suspension and Termination

Orbit may suspend accounts for material violations, abuse, or legal requirements.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Orbit liability is limited to direct damages within paid amounts for the applicable period.

7. Governing Law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable EU regulations.
